Specialist on a wireless project with Verizon Wireless in Seattle,
Washington. Prior to this assignment, I was with WFI on a Western Wireless

negotiating easements for DSL equipment in the Seattle Metro area. Tasks
included identifying suitable locations for the equipment in accordance with
Qwest’s criteria; contacting land owners; negotiating easements; preparing

1999 to February, 2000: Served as a Leasing Manager on a Nextel Project
